The collection on the Purdue University seal documents the evolution of the seal (griffin brand or logo). Materials include correspondence, articles, printed ephemera, artifacts, and Purdue publications, including publications from World War II such as "Purdue serves because Purdue was prepared: Purdue University in the war" by Thomas R. Johnston and a Purdue Alumnus issue from 1943.

Materials include accelerated wartime course syllabi and other class information offered to those planning on joining the military are located in the collection.
Office of Future Engineers records
The Office of Future Engineers records (2000-2014; 0.25 cubic feet) is a collection of recruitment and admission materials published by Purdue University and the College of Engineering. These materials include booklets, pamphlets, brochures, sample admission letters, slides, and other published items. Materials in this collection are organized into a single series, arranged chronologically.
Class of 1909 Meeting Minutes
This volume contains the Class of 1909 meeting minutes and adopted resolutions relating to class member activities and reunions. Insights into the annual tank scrap between freshmen and sophomores, class business and elections of various positions are described. Class members are listed in the first alumni meeting (pp.76-87). All notes are collected in one bound volume.
Stewart Center records
The Stewart Center records contain floor plans and materials related to the building's construction and correspondence between Dr. John H. Moriarty and various distinguished groups and individuals invited to the dedication ceremony. A program from the first student play held in Loeb Playhouse is also contained within the collection as well as several library documents.

Also included are two booklets advertising the building following its completion.
