Four folders containing publications by Arthur Gates.

Front cover of Purdue Alumnus, December 1943, vol. XXXI, no. 3, features Robert M. Gates receiving the coveted "M" from Admiral Howard L. Vickery, Vice Chairman of the U.S. Maritime Commission. Page one also features a column about Gates.

The papers contain correspondence between President Jischke and Alice Rowen Easley, "Aunt Alice says...," a book by Easley and a picture of Easley's son, Mark, with a picture of the framed note from Jischke, which was a Christmas gift to Alice Easley.

The papers consist of many newspaper clippings about the baseball team from 1907-1908, while Driver was on the team, along with his diploma and Gala Week program from 1910.

The papers consist of multiple copies of an article by Charles Ducas.

This collection consists of Small Town Boy Goes Away To College, an autobiography written by Fritz Ernst: '...just the simple story of the President of the B. Y. P. U. (Baptist Young People Union) of Madison, Indiana, attending Purdue University in his cutaway suit," circa 1896.

The Memorial Gymnasium records contain receipts from the donations given to the University for the construction of the building. Building dedication information as well as the memorial service programs for those that lost their lives in the Purdue train wreck are also included.

The Lambert Field House and Gymnasium records contain open house information pamphlets from the building's dedication ceremony.

The Purdue University Physical Plant records contain an engineering survey of the plant completed by C. Francis Harding and Gilbert A. Young in 1921, a guide to the services provided by the Physical Plant published in the 1970s, and an organizational chart from 1989.

The Wetherill Laboratory of Chemistry records contain an information booklet that outlines staff of the Department of Chemistry at the time, their publications, building information, and the dedication ceremony for the new building.

The Dauch Alumni Center records contain an information booklet describing the center's purpose and offerings to the Purdue Community as well as a floorplan of the building.
