Biographical Information

William Henry Clay Higgins graduated from Purdue in 1929 with an bachelors degree in electrical engineering. He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Eta Kappa Nu, the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, the Military Ball Committe, Glee Club, the Senior Panhellenic Concil, Tau Beta Pi, and Scabbard and Blade, the Army's honorary organization, P.O.M.M. His senior year he was named a distinguished student for Electrical Engineering.
