Henry C. Balcom collection
The Henry C. Balcom collection documents the student life of Henry C. Balcom, mostly as a Purdue University freshman in 1905. The collection includes several photographs and clippings related to the 1905 Tank Scrap and Chain Gang, as well as various campus scenes and buildings. Also included are two newspaper clippings detailing controversies surrounding University President Winthrop Stone's wife Victoria. The collection also contains one later photograph of Balcom from 1946.

One Purdue University School of Aeronautics and Astronautics black, gold, and white pennant. Pennant is signed on the reverse "FLOWN ON UNITY 7/11/21 S. Bandla #004". Bandla noted that the pennant was tucked into her inside pocket of her spacesuit during the test flight.

The Marcia L. Barrows diary is a 2.5" x 4" leather bound diary with entries written by Marcia Barrows from January 1 to July 21, 1865. It contains information on social life in Indianapolis, a travel log from Indianapolis to Augusta, Maine, a list of books read, and items purchased and their costs.
The diary contains gaps between entries from April 19 to May 7, May 10 to June 10, and June 19 to July 9.
Pat Barry Rose Bowl collection
The Pat Barry Rose Bowl collection (1967, 0.04 cubic feet) includes one mounted 2-inch shard of a goal post from the January 2, 1967 Rose Bowl (Purdue University 14, University of Southern California 13). Inscription in the frame reads, "Section of Goal Post recovered from Purdue--U.S.C. Rose Bowl game after long and vicious battle-------Jan. 2nd, 1967".
