Biographical Information

Richard M. Bateman worked as the district manager of the Purdue University Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He also worked as the 4th Congressional District member of the State Policy Commission on Post High School Education, enacted in 1967. Bateman became served as the president of Tri-State College (now Trine University)from 1960-1975.
