Purdue Building Report records
The Purdue Building Report records contain a report completed in 1930 discussing the conditions of the buildings and classrooms at Purdue University, and the possible effect they may have on instruction at the University. Two fire protection reports are also included within the collection.

The Purdue Building Related Publications collection contains publications highlighting several campus buildings and their respective histories.
A. A. Potter Engineering Center records
The A. A. Potter Engineering Center records contain a floorplan, building illustrations, and an information booklet about the engineering disciplines that are taught and researched in the building.
University Hall records
The University Hall records contain 1877 dedication ceremony invitations, blueprints for the historical marker erected in 1984, and an information pamphlet sent out to alumni requesting donations to the University.

Arthur Avery papers
The collection consists of black-and-white photos and photo proof sheets of Dr. Avery with kitchen equipment as well as a biographical essay about his tenure at Purdue and in the food industry.
Virginia Nilles collection of Home Economics papers
The collection consists of a collection of recipes produced by the School of Home Economics in 1932. The recipes are compiled under various categories, e.g., "Recipes for Inexpensive Dishes" and "Menus for St. Valentine's Day."
1998 Alamo Bowl collection
The collection consists of photographs, correspondence, tickets, brochures and ephemera relating to the 1998 Alamo Bowl.
Purdue Honorary Doctorates records
The records are a compilation of all individuals that received honorary doctorates from Purdue between 1888 and 2013. The list contains the date and discipline the degrees which were awarded. Famous honorary doctorates include Neil Armstrong, Eugene Cernan, Mitch Daniels, A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr., and Darlene Clark Hine.
College of Science Awards Programs records
The collection consists of various Awards programs from 2010. The programs include the faculty and staff awards program, student honors, and distinguished science alumni. Types of materials include: brochures, flyers, DVD.
1909 Gala Week booklet
The collection consists of one green leather-bound Gala Week booklet from 1909.
Freehafer Hall records
The Freehafer Hall records contain building and planning reports for the original building and later addition, awards won by the office staff, and varying correspondence in regards to the day to day operations of the staff.
Glennard Miller photo album
The Glennard Miller scrapbook contains 24 pages of photographs affixed to black paper documenting student life at Purdue in the late 1910s and early 1920s. Images include campus scenes, student activities, sporting events, military band, and steam engine lab, as well as photographs documenting the incident of Harry Weinshank being run off campus by his classmates for repeatedly impersonating a military officer.

World's Fair Purdue Alumni Registers collection
The World's Fair Purdue Alumni Registers collection contains three registers from the Louisiana Purchase Exposition, Panama Pacific International Exposition, and Century of Progress World's Fair showcases. Alumni that visited the fairs were encouraged to sign the registers. Notable signatures include Eulora Miller, Purdue's first female graduate, in the Panama Pacific register and President Theodore Roosevelt in the Louisiana Purchase Exposition register.
AAUP Purdue Chapter records
The AAUP Purdue Chapter records contain two newsletters published for the Purdue chapter of the American Association of University Professors. They contain minimum salary information for professors as well as articles published about certain issues pertaining to working at a university.

Ruth Freehafer collection on R.B. Stewart
The Ruth Freehafer collection on R.B. Stewart contains Freehafer's drafts of her 1983 book "R.B. Stewart and Purdue University" as well as the notes she compiled while researching Stewart, some of the sources she used, the transcript from a 1977 interview with Stewart, notes from two other interviews with Stewart and his oral history transcript, and notes from interviews conducted with Stewart's colleagues.
Royce Lambert papers
The collection consists of one pamphlet, entitled "Pictorial Description of Engineering Activities at Purdue University." It is an official publication of the Engineering Department at Purdue. The bulletin contains photographs of engineering-related facilities and activities as well as campus sceneries.
Robert K. Schelke photographs
The collection consists of seven individual photo album pages (includes 54 black and white photographs) documenting student activities and campus life at Purdue during the early 1920s. The photographs were taken by Robert K. Schelke who also provides the handwritten notes on the pages. Some of the photographs show campus buildings, including a shot of the Memorial Union while under construction.
Richard Blunk papers
The collection consists of one callout card for Purdue Musical Organizations in the format of the Glee Club Pete from 1962. The ephemera belonged to Richard Blunk who also played the trumpet in Purdue's All-American Marching Band during the semester he attended Purdue.
