The Agricultural Administration Building records contain three copies of the program for the building's dedication on January 14, 1909.

The collection contains photographs, awards, and a bound copy of Akeley’s memoirs. The materials document her life and career as a physics instructor at Purdue University

The Henry C. Balcom collection documents the student life of Henry C. Balcom, mostly as a Purdue University freshman in 1905. The collection includes several photographs and clippings related to the 1905 Tank Scrap and Chain Gang, as well as various campus scenes and buildings. Also included are two newspaper clippings detailing controversies surrounding University President Winthrop Stone's wife Victoria. The collection also contains one later photograph of Balcom from 1946.

The Arthur and Roberta Bitzer photographs, schedule card and buttons are from the Bitzer's time as students at Purdue University. Types of materials include: black and white photographs of campus scenes and student life, a schedule card and buttons.

The James Blakesley Collection on the Class of 1950 contains memorabilia from the Class of 1950's days at Purdue. Types of material include dance cards, newspaper clippings, event programs and playbills, along with photographs, record albums, and artifacts.

The Purdue University Business Services Office records document the Business Services office at Freehafer Hall (formerly Administrative Services Building) circa 1971. It shows the reception of Administrative Management magazine’s 1970 Office of the Year Award by various staff. Other materials include a floor plan of the office, images of unnamed staff, as well as photographs of furniture. Types of materials include: photographs, a pamphlet, and other papers.

Documents, photographs, letters, scrapbooks, correspondence, biographical material, speeches, artifacts, and subject files documenting the career of Earl L. Butz as U.S. Secretary of Agriculture from 1971-1976.

The Campus Art Survey records contain reports and inventories of the various paintings and works of art that were present on campus. The reports include the locations of the works of art at that time.

The collection includes architectural sketches and blueprints, correspondence, artwork, and a photo album; it spans from Carter’s time at Ohio State University to his tenure at Purdue University.

The Joan Minton Christopher papers (1968-1970; 0.4 cubic feet) documents her undergraduate years at Purdue University during the late 1960s. The collection contains tickets from Purdue Convocations events, as well as basketball and football tickets. Christopher’s green WRX Club beanie, several programs from Purdue events, a box of matches from the Purdue National Bank, and a photo of Joan Minton Christopher from 1968 are also included.

The Class of 1950 Lecture Hall records contain a dedication ceremony invitation as well as an information booklet discussing details of the building.

Miscellaneous publications and publicity materials relating to the Purdue football team’s participation in the 1967 Rose Bowl.

The Collection of Early Purdue University publicity materials comprises promotional pamphlets and broadsides created and distributed by Purdue University to build awareness of the university and encourage enrollment in its academic programs.  Some materials include descriptions of courses of study, tuition and student fees, and information about enrollment and registration deadlines.

The Collection of Purdue Diplomas documents bachelor of science degrees awarded at Purdue University during the early part of the university’s history.
