Minutes (administrative records)

This volume contains the Class of 1909 meeting minutes and adopted resolutions relating to class member activities and reunions. Insights into the annual tank scrap between freshmen and sophomores, class business and elections of various positions are described. Class members are listed in the first alumni meeting (pp.76-87). All notes are collected in one bound volume.

The College of Agriculture, Administration of the College of Agriculture, Records (1869-2009; 124.95 cubic feet) consists of administrative books, correspondence, financial records, faculty minutes, reports, and other materials relating to the administration of Purdue University’s School of Agriculture.

Collection includes record books documenting the activities, meetings, and members of the Eurodelphian Literary Society, as well as documents relating to their rituals and the national chapter.

The Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association Records (GLATA) (1949-2011; 28 cubic feet) document the official business activities of the Association. The records include constitutions and bylaws, policies and procedures, directories, correspondence, reports, printed material, meeting minutes, financial records, computer media, audio-visual materials, artifacts, and photographs.

The Harvard Psilocybin Project memos, reports and meeting minutes (1 folder; circa 1961-1962) documents the therapeutic use of psilocybin on inmates at the Concord Prison with Ralph Metzner, Richard Alpert, George Litwin, James Ciarlo, Mike Kahn, Gunther Weil, and Timothy Leary.

The Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association records (1980-2014; 15 cubic feet) documents the business and professional activities of the IATA from its inception in 1980 to 2014. Collection contains records including board of directors meeting agendas and minutes, membership directories, financial reports, and correspondence. The collection also includes public relations materials, photographs, memorabilia and historical material. The records are broken up into seventeen series.

The Paul Million papers document Million's career as a history professor at Purdue, research into the history of Purdue and of the History Department, and involvement with the Matchette Foundation.

The Harry R. Potter papers (1964-1989) includes teaching materials, meeting minutes, surveys and technical reports concerning research in sociology and agricultural economics at Purdue University.

Project reports, research director’s calendars and reports, meeting minutes, and other records of the Purdue Research Foundation.

The Purdue Residence Hall Council Records contains the drafted constitution of the organization as well as meeting minutes over the course of eight years. Attendance logs and budgeting information are included.

The Purdue University Club records contain administrative records such as meeting minutes and financial records for the Purdue University Club, between the 1905 and 1974. Collection also contains circulars, programs, and correspondence regarding various events held by the club. Additional materials include publications such as the newsletter 'Leisure Times' and directories.

The Purdue University Convocations Records (1892-2012, predominant 1903-2012) documents the pre-history and history of Purdue Convocations.  This collection offers researchers an excellent glimpse into the wide-variety of performances offered and showcased, courtesy of Purdue Convocations.  Types of materials include: budgets and other financial statements, committee meeting minutes, performance schedules, performer contracts, photographs, programs, newsletters, etc.
