The collection consists of Collar's 1903 Purdue University tuition receipt ($20.00 total amount) and an article by him.

The College of Agriculture, Administration of the College of Agriculture, Records (1869-2009; 124.95 cubic feet) consists of administrative books, correspondence, financial records, faculty minutes, reports, and other materials relating to the administration of Purdue University’s School of Agriculture.

The College of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service, Records (1890-2010; 27.4 cubic feet) documents the history, administration, and activities of agricultural extension work carried out by Purdue University’s College of Agriculture.  The collection includes correspondence (1910s-1950s), financial records (1900s-1930s), letter books (1890s-1900s), reports (1910s-1950s, 1970s), and director, county agent, and Boys’ and Girls’ (4-H) Club materials (1910s-1950s).

The College of Agriculture, Department of Animal Sciences records (1903-1995; 15.6 cubic feet) documents the history and activities of the School of Agriculture’s Department of Animal Sciences and its predecessors, the Departments of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Husbandry, and Poultry Husbandry)

The Daniel Cushing and Company account book (1869-1889; 0.5 cubic feet) documents the business contacts and finances of Daniel Cushing and Company in Lowell, Massachusetts from 1869-1889. There is one series in this collection and the organization was maintained because of the bound nature of the materials.

The Great Lakes Athletic Trainers Association Records (GLATA) (1949-2011; 28 cubic feet) document the official business activities of the Association. The records include constitutions and bylaws, policies and procedures, directories, correspondence, reports, printed material, meeting minutes, financial records, computer media, audio-visual materials, artifacts, and photographs.

Materials created about the University Affiliation Program between Purdue University and Ahmadu Bello University in Nigeria from 1984 to 1992. It was a professor exchange program held every year from, 1986. The collection includes correspondence between Purdue and Ahamdu Bello, books owned/given to Purdue Professors during their visit to Nigeria, a cap, air tickets of the trip, evaluation reports, funding documents, and other educational materials.

The Benjamin F. Hippensteel Collection (1907-1951; 3.65 cubic feet) documents Hippensteel’s career as a railroad engineer for the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company. Material contained within the collection includes railroad manuals, pamphlets, brochures, financial records, calendars, and other miscellaneous items. The collection is organized by material type.

The Indiana Athletic Trainers’ Association records (1980-2014; 15 cubic feet) documents the business and professional activities of the IATA from its inception in 1980 to 2014. Collection contains records including board of directors meeting agendas and minutes, membership directories, financial reports, and correspondence. The collection also includes public relations materials, photographs, memorabilia and historical material. The records are broken up into seventeen series.

The Purdue University Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes collection documents the operations of the Board of Trustees. Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees include approving the budget of the University, voting to appoint new University presidents, naming buildings, and establishing departments within the University. The collection includes meeting minutes, related documents, and calendars used by the President of the University at meetings of the Board of Trustees.

The Purdue University Club records contain administrative records such as meeting minutes and financial records for the Purdue University Club, between the 1905 and 1974. Collection also contains circulars, programs, and correspondence regarding various events held by the club. Additional materials include publications such as the newsletter 'Leisure Times' and directories.

The Purdue University Convocations Records (1892-2012, predominant 1903-2012) documents the pre-history and history of Purdue Convocations.  This collection offers researchers an excellent glimpse into the wide-variety of performances offered and showcased, courtesy of Purdue Convocations.  Types of materials include: budgets and other financial statements, committee meeting minutes, performance schedules, performer contracts, photographs, programs, newsletters, etc.
