The Earl T. McBee papers primarily comprise a scrapbook titled "Atomic Bomb WWII, Aug. 6, 1945" of news clippings from August 1945, arranged chronologically on dated pages, documenting the atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan at the end of World War II.
