Within this sub-series is Duncan's first teaching contract as a Purdue University "Instructor in Aviation Technician Program, Technical Institutes, Division of Technical Extension." Also found here are some of the earliest papers from his employment at Purdue, and include departmental course outlines and exams prepared by James Maris, a helicopter course proposal, and guidelines for a proposed Airway Science curriculum. There are a few papers and correspondence from Duncan's work with the University of Illinois Institute of Aviation Alumni Association, and Purdue Department Head'’s Council.
