Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees include approving the budget of the University, voting to appoint new University presidents, naming buildings, and establishing departments within the University. The collection includes meeting minutes, related documents, and calendars used by the President of the University at meetings of the Board of Trustees.

The Allan C. Soderberg papers (1976; 0.4 cubic feet) documents the research and planning Allan C. Soderberg conducted when working for Arthur G. McKee and Company in Warsaw, Poland to build an antibiotics plant. Materials include descriptive material, an equipment list, and project drawings. The descriptive materials include the following information: project scope, process descriptions, utilities and services, cost estimate, and engineering schedule. Each book is bound together.

Scope and Contents Granville Thompson's photographs document Indiana highway bridge construction projects dating from 1921-1943. Approximately 41 bridge construction projects are covered, at around 33 location sites in Indiana. The collection includes approximately 398 photographic prints and 219 negatives.
