Pictures, 1958 - 1980
The Stewart Center records contain floor plans and materials related to the building's construction and correspondence between Dr. John H. Moriarty and various distinguished groups and individuals invited to the dedication ceremony. A program from the first student play held in Loeb Playhouse is also contained within the collection as well as several library documents.

The Purdue Memorial Union records contain information regarding the construction of the building, its uses, and promotional materials throughout its existence, including the student petition to raise funds and encourage the Board of Trustees to finish the building when construction was delayed due to World War I. Several pamphlets contain floor plans of the Union and show how the building has changed over the years with new additions.

Subjects include Cornell and Mildred Bell at various stages of their lives; members of Cornell's family; former students from Cornell's time as a high school teacher and Director of the Business Opportunity Program; the families, homes, and travels of friends and former students; Cornell and Mildred's home in Gary, IN; and various wedding and funeral ceremonies.
