Scope and Contents In this file, there are five telegrams and five V-Mail letters from Dad, Elmer Sr., to Elmer Jr. with three of them with their original envelopes from the Embarkation Army Post Office. The last three letters are stamped "deceased" on the back of the letter, signed by Thomas B. Black (Elmer's personnel officer).
