Scope and Contents This series contains materials pertaining to Lauer's development of the Rhetoric and Composition program at Purdue University. Types of materials include program documents, books published by graduate students, course evaluations, and a significant amount of pedagogical materials related to two foundational program courses, Rhetorical History and Composition Theory.

Scope and Contents The Rhetorical History course sub-series contains materials used to create and teach this core course in the Rhetoric and Composition doctoral program. This course was taught, or team-taught, by Lauer for over 20 years.
