Biographical Information

R.B. Harvey earned a Ph.C. from Purdue University in 1912, B.S. from University of Michigan in 1915, and Ph. D. from University of Chicago in 1918. Harvey worked for the U.S. Bureau of Plant Industry before joining the faculty of the University of Minnesota in 1920.
