Frank Milner papers
Scope and Contents
The collection consists of one folder which contains correspondence from Professor D. S. Clark to John H. Moriarty, Director of Libraries, dated June 29, 1948 and another letter from John H. Moriarty to Mr. Frank Milner, dated July 1, 1948.
A final letter from Frank Milner to John Moriarty was sent on July 2, 1948, along with Milner's publication of Calumet-Sag Channel and Connecting Waterways. This project was studied by the Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, by direction of the Congress of the United States. Frank Milner was Lt. Colonel, Corps of Engineers, Executive Officer.

Biographical Information
Frank Milner was employed as a graduate assistant in the Engineering Experiment Station, Joint Highway Research Project, July 1, 1938. The Purdue University School of Civil Engineering presented him with the department's distinguished alumni award in 1968.
