Scope and Contents

The Wilbert H. Krack photographs (1930-1934; 0.1 cubic feet) encompasses ten photographs of Triangle Fraternity, twelve photographs of buildings from around campus, twenty-five photographs of sets and scenes from various plays and four miscellaneous shots. Krack was a member of the Play Shop Board, so there are many good images from play sets. The images have been placed in an acid-free folder and arranged by each of the four categories.

Biographical / Historical

Wilbert H. Krack received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1934. While he was a student at Purdue, he was a member of Triangle Fraternity, American Institute of Electrical Engineers, Play Shop Board, Purdue Religious Council, Reamers, Scabbard and Blade and the Army’s honorary organization, P.O.M.M. He was also a member of R.O.T.C. and was commissioned a second lieutenant. In 1977, Krack was awarded Triangle’s nation service key award.
