Scope and Contents
This sub-series consists of correspondence, including photographs, with colleagues, students, and various children's literature scholars, authors, and illustrators such as Trina Schart Hyman and Lloyd Alexander, in addition to Weston Woods Studios founder, Morton Schindel. Portions of correspondence with Juliet Bodie, students, correspondence relating to the Lloyd Alexander Scholarship/Essay, and the entirety of correspondence with Priscilla Ord and Virgina Wolf are restricted.

The majority of sub-series two is open for research. Five folders are restricted for 75 years after their creation date per the donor's request and/or for presence of personal identifying information.
