Recipes and related documents, 1943 - 1964
Scope and Contents
This series includes dessert recipes for Purdue residence halls, either hand written or collected from food packages, newspapers, or magazines, and related documents including a table of contents for each section of recipes, a list of dates when Harriet Potter was employed at different residence halls, and informational guides about home economics topics and low calorie recipes. The contents were originally housed in one folder and two binders; the materials in the binders has been rehoused in acid free folders maintaining the original organization indicated by tabs for different types of desserts (muffins, pies, puddings, cookies, etc).
