Scope and Contents
This series contains material Arvill W. Bitting collected as Director of Food Exhibits at the Century of Progress International Exposition. Material includes photographs and photobooks of the exposition, and various publications from or abut the Century of Progress, including exhibit brochures, official guidebooks, world’s fair news bulletins, and magazine articles.
Also included are exhibit planning documents created during Arvill W. Bitting's time as Director of Food Exhibits.
