Biography
Lowell Joerg was born on June 26th, 1928. A California man, he has been dubbed the 'Postcard Man' for his stories of finding old postcards of places around America and sending them back where they came from. He ends his letters with "I like to call my little hobby a 're-distribution of happiness.' Our world sure needs it."
