Biographical Information
Oscar D. Roberts attended junior college in Chicago, Illinois, and later attended the University of Illinois, where he received bachelor's and master's degrees. Roberts then worked as a teacher and a coach in Blue Island, Illinois; North Brook, Illinois; Toledo, Ohio; and Oak Park, Illinois. He later became the Counselor for Men at the University of Oklahoma. Roberts served at Purdue University as the Assistant Vice President for Student Service and the Dean of Men.
