Biographical Information
Jack Jenks Stockton graduated from Ohio State University in 1943. He served in in the U.S. Army for three years. He became a faculty member at Michigan State University and later became the chairman of the Department of Microbiology and Public Health. At Purdue University, he worked as the dean of academic affairs at the School of Veterinary Medicine and the associate director for veterinary medical research at Purdue's Agricultual Experiment Station. He also worked as the interim dean of the Mississippi Statue University College of Veterinary Medicine.
