Biographical Information
George W. McNelly attended grade school and high school in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, joined the military, and then attended Coe College in Cedar Rapids. He later attended Iowa State University for his master's degree in psychology. He worked at Purdue University as the Dean of Technology and Professor of Applied Technology.
