Biographical Information

John "Jack" Smalley graduated with a bachelor's degree in personnel and business administration from Purdue University in 1941. He also served in the U.S. Army. At Purdue, he served as assistant manager of Cary Quadrangle and other men's residence halls, director of men's residence halls, director of Purdue Memorial Union, Director of University Residences, and administrator for many campus buildings.
