Acetate film

Scope Note: Material in the form of a sheet comprising cellulose acetate resin, it is transparent, air proof, hygenic, and resistent to grease, oil, and dust; used for photographic film, magnetic tapes, and as a protective material. Film which has a base of cellulose acetate, diacetate, or triacetate; like nitrate film. It is highly unstable.
