Scope and Contents The Campus Art Survey records contain reports and inventories of the various paintings and works of art that were present on campus. The reports include the locations of the works of art at that time.

Scope and Contents The Purdue University Physical Plant records contain an engineering survey of the plant completed by C. Francis Harding and Gilbert A. Young in 1921, a guide to the services provided by the Physical Plant published in the 1970s, and an organizational chart from 1989.

Scope and Contents The Purdue Building Report records contain a report completed in 1930 discussing the conditions of the buildings and classrooms at Purdue University, and the possible effect they may have on instruction at the University. Two fire protection reports are also included within the collection.

Scope and Contents The Purdue University Architect records contain images in varying media formats of Purdue University buildings and landscapes. Reports from the University Architect’s office regarding the different buildings on the West Lafayette as well as satellite campus located within the State of Indiana can also been found.

Scope and Contents The Purdue University Executive Vice President for Business and Finance and Treasurer’s Office records (1921-2000; 10.5 cubic feet) documents the administrations of Executive Vice President and Treasurers, including Frederick Ford (1974-1998), Kenneth P. Burns (1998-2004), and Morgan Olsen (2004-2008). Other Vice Presidents documented include Howard S. Lyon, John Hicks, Lytle J. Freehafer, and John C.
