The collection contains the following documents - a certificate, a newspaper clipping, a program booklet, 2 menu cards, issues of Cary Club Carion (a student publication), and a student government handbook. It also contains artifacts such as a gavel, and two honorary plaques. These materials document the student life of Sven Rundman and life in Cary Quad more generally. They reflect Rundman's involvement in the student governance of Cary Quad, as well as his achievements at Purdue.
Collection on Helen B. Schleman
This collection includes a collection of papers and artifacts that were collected during Helen Schleman's life and posthumously by individuals who were close to her, such as Dorothy Stratton and Betty Nelson. Some items were donated after they were removed from an exhibit on Schleman that was previously installed in Schleman Hall.

Beering papers (1950-2001, 6.5 cubic feet) include interview transcripts and scripts for Vision for Tomorrow, Beta and VHS tapes of interviews and other material relating to the life and career of Steven Beering, president of Purdue University. The papers include a variety of tapes and DVDs that document activities on the Purdue University campus, relating to events at Westwood, the Black Cultural Center (BCC), and other locations.

The Donald E. Williams papers document Williams' two shuttle missions; STS-51-D and STS-34, along with memorabilia from STS-1, the first mission. Also included are various mission patches and decals. The artifacts include his flight helmet, and items used in space; gloves, knife, fork, teaspoon, and can opener.
