This sub-series contains reports generated by the Agricultural Experiment Station (AES). It includes but is not limited to research project reports; ten year reports for various departments within the College of Agriculture; annual reports from the AES and its directors; reports on the progress of the Barberry Eradication Campaign in Indiana; and various inspection reports.

This sub-series contains correspondence, receipts, reports, contracts, and other documents related to the experimental farms operated by the Agricultural Experiment Station at Purdue. Experimental farms whose records are present in the sub-series include the Moses Fell Annex Farm, Pinney Purdue Farm, Cason Farm, and Experimental Livestock Farm.
