Scope and Contents The audio visual series contains photographs, PLAID views, overhead transparencies, and a 16mm film. The photographs and overhead transparencies are about STS-49 and focus on Thuot and his training underwater for the mission. The PLAID views and overhead transparencies seem to be used for presentational purposes. Additionally, this series includes 23 VHS tapes and 12 DVDs about STS-36, STS-49, and STS-62.
