Includes all fourteen issues of Hard Times, a newspaper self-published by John Stevenson and Kermit Scott, two professors in the Philosophy Department at Purdue University. The newspaper was put out by the Welfare Rights Organization, and Purdue University Students for Communication, Information, and Action (Student CIA) was also involved. Hard Times included counterculture content with commentary and news about social class, capitalism, and socialism.
