Scope and Contents The Newby Collection on the Arkansas Calendar Stone (circa 1950s-1970s; 4 cubic feet) documents research conducted by members of the Newby family on the Arkansas Calendar Stone. It features sketches and photographs of the Arkansas Calendar Stone, including some photographic prints by Dr. Alexander Marshack, an archaeology scholar. The Douglass Shortridge collection contains artifacts from Shortridge's student years at Purdue, historical newspapers from the end of World War II, a newspaper obituary of Abram C. Shortridge, and other documents accumulated during Shortridge's career.

Scope and Contents This series includes newspaper clippings (most of which have been photocopied and originals discarded), posters, and machine readable media.
