Per Bridges, "Notes on meetings and issues from the time of the Challenger mishap until I left the astronaut program to become Wing Commander at Edwards AFB (Jan-May 1986). Most of the meetings had to do with issues with the Centaur upper stage that was to book Ulysses into polar orbit around the sun.
