Note: per Bridges, "which I prepared and briefed to the AFMC Commander (CC) and Vice Commander (CV), General Randolph and Lieutenant General Armstrong, on August 4, 1988 while assigned as the 6510th Test Wing Commander. Basically Wing Commanders had one audience per year with the 4-star Commander so this was a major briefing to showcase the command."
