Scope and Contents This folder contains an array of material, including but not limited to: administrative records, such as Coordinating Committee Minutes, an Operation and Policy Handbook for the Black Cultural Center (BCC), and financial documents; registration forms; bibliographies for the topics of the Black Power Movement and the Blues; historical summaries of the BCC; lists of people receiving complimentary copies of the BCC's 10th anniversary commemorative booklet; and floor plans for the 1999 BCC building.
