The four scrapbooks contain, but are not limited to, photographs, fliers, articles, posters, newspaper clippings, and other information relating to promotional material and performances by the Purdue Division of Dance. Highlights include the first Purdue Repertory Dance Company logo and articles concerning the dedication of Yue-Kong Pao Hall.

The first scrapbook from the 1960s contains articles about stage callouts, articles from the Exponent. Also in the first scrapbook a Modern Dance Membership form, photographs showing concerts/performances, costumes, specific dance moves, pledges, flyers for concerts, article announcements for productions, and posters.

Scrapbook 2 from 1976 – 1983 labeled “Purdue Repertory Dance Company” (and the other books additionally) contains photographs, and lists of choreographer and dancers for majority of group photos.

The Purdue University Division of Dance Collection consists of scrapbooks, articles, tickets, brochures and pamphlets, gallery schedules, and photos and videos of performances. This collection will be useful for researchers interested in the history and development of the Purdue University Division of Dance, as well as performers and performances.
