Scope and Contents

This series contains materials that are related to the Panhellenic Association and its individual chapters. Contents span from general matters that are pertinent to the entire association, such as finances, policies, housing, etc., to those that are pertinent to the chapters, such as brochures, scholastic indexes, information sheets, etc.

Scope and Contents

This sub-series contains materials regarding the different chapters of the Panhellenic Association. Information on both the active and inactive chapters are included. Types of materials include correspondence, brochures, scholastic indexes, magazines and newsletters, sorority information sheets, newspaper clipping, etc. It is noteworthy that some building and structural plans are also part of this sub-series.

Scope and Contents The Fraternities, Sororities and Cooperative Life records span more than 130 years of Greek Life at Purdue. They document the history and operations of more than 80 fraternities, sororities, and cooperative houses. The material in the collection ranges from chapter award congratulations to chapter suspensions, from alumni news to university violations. Newspaper clippings accompany most chapter histories in the collection, adding a local voice to incidents at the time. This collection may...
