The sub-series contains a selection of awards and plaques received by Armstrong throughout his career. Of note are several awards from Purdue University, including distinguished alumni awards from the School of Engineering, the University Band, as well as Armstrong's Order of the Griffin certificate commemorating his reception of Purdue's highest honor.
