Biographical Information

Paul Sidwell was a Professor of English at Purdue University specializing in English composition. Sidwell earned his B.A. from Princeton University in 1909 and M.A. from the University of Michigan in 1926. He joined the staff of Purdue in 1911, promoted to Assistant Professor in 1926, Associate Professor in 1932, and upon his retirement in 1956 was named a Professor Emeritus.
