Historical Information
Purdue students in Construction Engineering and Management run various student organizations on campus, including Beta Tau, Construction Engineers of the Future, and Construction Management Association of America, through which they organize social events and construction site tours, participate in volunteering opportunities, and play intramural sports. According to the handwritten note that came with the departmental transfer, the Society of Construction Engineers later became Construction Engineers of the Future (CEF), a social organization on Purdue’s campus for Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, and Building Construction Management students.
