Historical Information
The France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center records, originally named the Purdue Recreational Gymnasium, was completed in 1957. It was renamed the Recreational Sport Center after renovations in 1980. The building was heavily renovated once more and renamed the France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center in 2013, dedicated to the eleventh president of Purdue University. The facility provides recreational and intramural athletic facilities.
