Scope and Contents
The Higher Education Laws, Statutes, Etc collection contains a variety of documents pertaining to laws and regulations pertaining both to land grant colleges and to schools containing agricultural experiment stations. Also included is a general history of the founding of Cornell University, a land grant institution, and the proceedings of a conference held at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign on the relation of the federal government to higher education.
