Photographs and Slides, circa 1920s-2004
Scope and Contents
Found here are numerous photographs from Goldman's service in the United States Army Air Corps; friends and colleagues, shots of barracks, numerous planes - including decorated war planes and signs, aerial photographs - including bomb targets, wrecked and salvaged planes, and ships. There is also a photo album that was compiled by Goldman during his years of service (some photos are duplicates).
There are also many photographs of Purdue University; various buildings, circa 1920s-1940s; Purdue Aeronautics and Purdue Airlines planes, staff and students; photographs of the Playboy plane, "Big Bunny;" Midwest Program for Airborne Television Instruction related photographs, and various shots of Goldman in uniform over the years. There are also a few Camden High School and Purdue reunion photographs, and two small albums that feature photographs taken during the Purdue University School of Aeronautics 50th Anniversary celebration.
There are 117 slides labeled, "A.T.P. Course Tray 1 Set 3," undated; a case of slides labeled "w/b PERF," undated; and 19 slides from a presentation that is unmarked and undated.
