Letter from Dean A. A. Potter, to members of the university staff, dated September 1, 1923. This was a cover letter for copies of papers given by the younger engineering professors at an engineering staff meeting. Potter wanted to share these papers with the rest of the university community and get other's opinions on the ideas expressed in the papers.
