This sub-series consists of documents covering projects enacted by the Purdue University Agricultural Experiment Station using funding provided by the United States Department of Agriculture under the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act. Topics studied under this act include but are not limited to paralysis in fowl; carotenoid pigments in farm crops; physiology and nutrition of plants grown under artificial lights; alternative uses of crop lands; and chemical and physical changes to meat caused during freezing and storing.
