Scope and Contents
This series contains materials pertaining to Lauer's career in the developing field of Rhetoric and Composition, before and during her employment at Purdue University. Types of materials include photographs, published and unpublished writings, books by Lauer and her graduate students, materials related to a summer seminar Lauer organized before and during her employment at Purdue, interviews with Lauer, letters from editorial boards and letters of recommendation, documents related to presentations at conferences and invited lectures at universities, Lauer's doctoral dissertation and curriculum vitae, and honors celebrating her career in academia.
