Scope and Contents
Sub-series includes photographs from Williams' time at Purdue University and an audio recording. Photographs depict Williams around campus and at speaking engagements, as well as photographs of students and notable persons. Photographs of significance include Williams speaking at a campus protest and a Martin Luther King Jr. ceremony, as well as photographs of a student civil rights leader and Dick Gregory. Audio records discussions of race issues on university campus and specific issues at Purdue.
