Commemorating the 87 years of Board of Directors of US Steel in New York City before moving to Pittsburgh, includes Armstrong's selective service card and Indiana State Registration of Land Surveyors card (these items were kept in a small box with the plaque by Armstrong), plaque circa 1988; cards circa 1955-1956.
