Scope and Contents

Craig served as NASA Strategic Plan Architect, Administrator's Staff (NASA Headquarters); architect of the NASA Strategic Plan and Strategic Management System; creator of the Strategic Enterprise concept and the Human Exploration and Development of Space (HEDS) Enterprise; and architect of the HEDS strategy, 1993-1995.
